Absolutely. As soon as your box is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a WhatsApp message from our team containing your tracking slip/number.

You pay the balance in cash directly to the courier when your box is delivered. Please check that the parcel is intact before paying.

You're obliged to accept the parcel, but make sure to record a video of opening the box while it is still intact. Then reach out to us and we'll make it right — we need to send the video to our delivery partners.

We deliberately ship mangoes that are semi-ripe (around 70-80% mature) so they do not spoil in transit. When they arrive, some may be ready immediately, while others will need 1 to 3 days on your kitchen counter to reach perfect ripeness.

We pack our mangoes at the "firm-ripe" stage in heavy-duty, ventilated corrugated boxes. Each mango is individually wrapped in a protective foam sleeve to prevent bruising and friction during travel.
