Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your mangoes. Because our products are fresh, perishable fruit, this policy explains how refunds and replacements work.

Booking and payment

Orders are reserved with a 30% advance payment, with the remaining balance paid in cash on delivery (COD). Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery before paying the balance.

Damaged or spoiled on arrival

If your box arrives damaged or spoiled, please record a clear video while opening the sealed parcel and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a refund for the affected items.

Perishable goods

As mangoes are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for fruit that has been accepted in good condition, or for issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking before it is dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
